Collison wore this jersey during the Pacers' 140-131 victory over the Brooklyn Nets on October 18, 2017 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN. Collison recorded a Double-Double. He played 30 minutes and registered 21 points with a game-high 11 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 steals. "10/18/17" is handwritten on the jock tag.
