Millsap wore this jersey during the Hawks' 97-89 Eastern Conference Final Game 1 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers on May 20, 2015 at Philips Arena in Atlanta, GA. He played 37 minutes and registered 13 points with 3 assists, 7 rebounds and 1 blocked shot. "8, 11, 13" is an internal code that has been handwritten on the jock tag by the Hawks' equipment staff.
